Notes and History

ME 133 as originally designated in 1925 ran between Winthrop at ME 100 (now ME 11/ME 100/US 202) and Livermore Falls at ME 107 (now ME 4). After the Maine Great Renumbering, it was extended on a new alignment north but ultimately back to ME 4 again just south of Farmington which remains its present routing.

ME 133 and ME 41 end together at US 202 on a modified interchange (see US 202 for the history of this terminus).
