REFORM is a tool for doing simple manipulations on a single DNA nucleotide sequence. See the disclaimer before use.

Select manipulations to be performed on the sequence. Tip: To use REFORM as a pretty printer, change nothing below, and the sequence will simply be neatly formatted and given back to you with no modifications.
Pretty-print and format.
Complementize sequence (A to T, C to G, etc.) Bases other than ATGC will be silently passed through.
Reverse sequence (ACGT to TGCA, etc.)
